Meet Jess, a career strategist, corporate leader, wellbeing advocate, and founder of Embrace Her. She helps women navigate the unspoken rules of corporate life so they can own their ambition, lead with confidence, and build careers that don’t just look good on LinkedIn... but actually feel good too.

Over the past decade, she's climbed the ladder, worked with global teams across Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Marketing, bounced back from rejection, wrestled with burnout (spoiler alert: burnout doesn't care how strong your morning routine is), and ultimately built a career she genuinely loves, without losing herself along the way.

Now, she's on a mission to help other women do the same (minus the trial and error she had to learn the hard way).
